Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

• "Country" refers to Pakistan.
• "Service" refers to the Frelenza website, including its pages, contact forms, consultation booking tools, WhatsApp contact options, and related inquiry channels.
• "Terms" mean these Terms of Service that form the agreement between you and Frelenza regarding use of the Service.
• "Third-Party Service" means any third-party service, content, software, platform, communication channel, payment provider, analytics system, CRM, scheduling tool, or external website that may be linked to, embedded in, integrated with, or made available through the Service.
• "Website" refers to Frelenza, accessible through the official Frelenza website.

Use of the Service does not automatically create a client relationship, project engagement, partnership, or service agreement between you and Frelenza.

Any paid services offered by Frelenza, including website design and development, branding, packaging, digital marketing, AI automation, and related support services, are governed separately by a proposal, signed agreement, invoice, project terms, or other written arrangement.

4. Services Information

The Service may include information about services such as:

• branding and brand identity;
• packaging and label design;

• AI automation and chatbot-related services;
• selected supporting services connected to those areas.

All content on the Service is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes a binding offer, guarantee, warranty, or promise of a specific business result.

Frelenza does not guarantee:

• rankings;
• traffic;
• leads;
• sales;
• campaign results;
• conversion rates;
• AI output accuracy;
• AI output completeness;
• AI output suitability for a particular purpose.

5. Inquiries, Booking, and Communications

The Service may allow you to:

• browse information about Frelenza and its services;
• submit project inquiries;
• contact Frelenza through WhatsApp;
• book a consultation or discovery call.

Submitting an inquiry, sending a message, or booking a consultation does not obligate Frelenza to accept your project, provide services, or enter into any contract with you.

Frelenza reserves the right to respond to, decline, pause, or discontinue communications at its discretion.

6. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

8. Payments

Frelenza does not currently process direct payments through the Service itself.

If payment links, invoices, or payment instructions are provided for international or local payments, those payment arrangements are handled separately and may be subject to additional terms, invoices, or project agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, design elements, visuals, branding, logos, icons, layouts, images, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Frelenza unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, display, scrape, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without Frelenza's prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service or its content to you.

10. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frelenza disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• the absence of defects, errors, delays, malware, or interruptions;

If Frelenza is found liable for any claim related to the Service, Frelenza's total liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid directly to Frelenza solely for access to the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frelenza from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• your breach of these Terms;
• your misuse of the Service;
• your violation of any law;

13. Suspension or Termination

Frelenza may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if Frelenza reasonably believes that:

• you have engaged in unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent conduct;
• your use of the Service creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, Frelenza may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or legal forums permitted under applicable law.

16. For European Union (EU) Users

If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

17. United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• you are not located in a country or territory that is subject to a United States government embargo or sanctions restrictions applicable to the Service; and
• you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

18. Severability and Waiver

Severability
